forgot to mention that im spansish and we read the reina varera 1860! But I understand reading english better. But I do agree that the kings james 1611 is god perserved english language. I think it sounds so poetic.

Myself christianity never changed god is the same yesturday today and forever! and if thats so why change the bible. if people back then can handle the bible just fine as is. We can to. What upsets me most is the way they added the N into the kjv (NKJV) doesn't look or feels right to me. I'm not here saying turn into an old time pentecosti like me. what I'm saying is that were living in such an apostasy world. I think that christianity is getting more and more contiminated then ever. Were living in the lasts days! Churches where worship service are more concert worldly like than church itself. Church now a days is not church anymore. Well that be my oppion. And again if offended anyone sorry.

I grew up with a King James Version. My mother was saved under a king James version, so her seed fell on her children, and I have to admit it has beared much fruit. I was then baptized in Jesus Name and filled with Holy Ghost at the age of eight and I will never forget that day! God is so so real in my life! I had a difficult time reading, but God will bring you to a level where you might not understand at that time, but you go back to that same reading you have a better standing. I think it has to be the right season when God allows you to understand on his time. God bless my friends

I WAS SAVED UNDER THE KING JAMES VERSION...ITS JUST MY PREFERENCE...I CAN USE OTHER BIBLES AS CROSS REFERENCES IF I NEED SOMETHING BROKEN DOWN....I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT IF WHAT I READ IS GOING TO STICK WITH ME-I MUST STUDY FROM THE KJ.

I was first lead to Christ threw a NIV then as I grew in the Lord I kept hearing these debates on King James 1611 and all the other Bibles, it was a no contest the speaker for the 1611 always had an answer and didn't try to deflect a question, which really got my attention and started me on a study for myself , this is not something to argue about, it is a growing issue on a beleavers journey threw life (meat) as the Bible would call it. No beleaver should beleave a spiritual matter on the say so of a mortal man or woman, we have a duty to study the scriptures ourselfs and let the holy spirit guide you on your journey ( the holy spirit will never disagree with Gods Word ) There is deceiving spirits that we have to keep our guard up for, a mortal man or woman is still subject to failure as long as we live in this imperfect body ( if a man says he has no sin, he is a lair and the truth is not in him )( our righteousness is as filthy rags before the Lord ) This is the reason why so many people fall by the way side ( putting their eyes on a preacher or deacon and see them fall ) we mortals will not have a perfect body till we receive it in heaven, until then we have the spirit and Gods word to measure by. When we take the history back to the roots of the matter ( where these writings all started, we see the pattern and mistakes that where made ) IS OUR GOD WHO MADE HEAVEN, THE EARTH, AND MAN powerful enough to maintain HIS HOLY WORD in today's world? ( then study to show yourself approved ) pray for his guidance and let him answer you. I find that the 1611 is a growing and spirit lead reading you can read it for years and the spirit can always show you something you never saw before, you can do word studies on it and open all new understanding of what you read, yes it's hard to read at first ( gives us a good reason to pray before we read ) we can read it for the milk of the word and as we grow we can feast on the meat of the word. It always is showing me what I missed last time I read it. Well May God Bless You And Your Study.
